5. Client Responsibilities

• Clients must provide accurate and complete information when engaging our services. • For elderly care services, family members or responsible parties must disclose medical conditions and special needs for appropriate service delivery. • For virtual assistance, clients must ensure that any provided data complies with South African data protection laws.

6. Payment Terms

• Payment is required upfront unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. • We accept electronic payments, including EFT and online transactions • Late payments may result in service suspension or additional charges.

7. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Clients may cancel services with at least 48 hours' notice. • Refunds are provided at our discretion based on service completion and engagement. • No refunds will be issued for partially completed services unless due to Tasker247 (Pty) Ltd’s fault.

8. Privacy & Data Protection

• We comply with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) to safeguard user data. • Clients' information is confidential and will not be shared without consent unless required by law. • Users acknowledge that Tasker247 (Pty) Ltd may use anonymized data for service improvement

9. Limitation of Liability

Tasker247 (Pty) Ltd is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from service use. • Elderly care services do not include medical or emergency healthcare. Clients should arrange professional medical support where required.

10. Termination

• We reserve the right to terminate services if users violate these Terms or engage in abusive behavior. • Users may terminate service agreements with written notice.

11. Dispute Resolution

• Disputes will be resolved through negotiation. If unresolved, matters will be handled in accordance with South African laws. • Legal action will take place in South African courts. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with South African law.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
